The Finished Board Room

Shown above are the existing Cased openings that our doors will fill.
Note the wonderfull Black Walnut casings.

The contract includes 4 double door sets with a transom above each set. Also include are the door jams for each set as laid out on the ball room floor awaiting installation.

Door Jam stock contains a lovley ribbon grain.

Door stiles with mortises awaiting.

Tenoned rails.

Mortising Machine drills square holes.

This exploded view show a door on the table ready for glueing up.

The shop stuffed with glued up doors

The big ones and my sweetie. 44′wide, 96″ tall and 2 1/2″ thick.
Weighing in at 90 lbs without the glass.
The 3/8″ bead mould that holds the glass in has yet to be installed.
